What you'll do

In this role, you will support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues that arise within the data centre. You will be responsible for installing and setting up server racks, ensuring that all procedures and safety standards are followed. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn about the various systems that keep AWS running reliably for millions of customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include responding to trouble tickets, prioritizing tasks, and assisting in maintaining the infrastructure that powers businesses, entertainment, and innovation.
