You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them. With over 2 years of experience in ML data operations, you possess a strong understanding of data annotation and ML workflows, making you a trusted advisor for our AGI-DS scientists.

You excel in building and managing customer relationships, becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions. Your ability to transform complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements sets you apart. You are skilled at monitoring and optimizing collection health metrics to ensure customer success, driving customer adoption through the provision of technical value and an exemplary customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will drive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment. You will guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices while collaborating with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements. Your role will involve evaluating the scalability of annotation scenarios and providing strategic recommendations to influence technical documentation and guidelines.

You will be responsible for owning relationships with customer scientists, providing consultation on ML workflow capabilities, and helping customers maximize value. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and managing workstreams that delight our customers and deliver meaningful change for the models that back them.
