You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them. With over 2 years of experience in ML data operations, you possess a strong understanding of data annotation and machine learning workflows. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with customer scientists makes you a trusted partner in delivering ML data solutions. You are skilled in monitoring and optimizing collection health metrics to ensure customer success, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices.

What you'll do

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will be the trusted advisor for our AGI-DS scientists, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections. You will drive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements. Your role will involve coordinating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment, while owning relationships with customer scientists and becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions. You will provide consultation on ML workflow capabilities, helping customers maximize value and drive customer adoption through providing technical value and an exemplary customer experience.
