You are a trusted advisor, capable of transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements. Your ability to coordinate across teams ensures seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment, making you the go-to partner for ML data solutions.

Desirable

Experience in customer relationship management and a proven track record of driving customer adoption through providing technical value will set you apart. You are adept at monitoring and optimizing collection health metrics to ensure customer success, and you have a knack for guiding customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, ensuring that you meet their needs while delivering meaningful change for the models that back them. You will own relationships with customer scientists, becoming their trusted partner for ML data solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing consultation on ML workflow capabilities, helping customers maximize value, and collaborating with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements. You will evaluate the scalability of annotation scenarios and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall data collection process.
