You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with demonstrated experience in effectively defining optimal data creation strategies and executing them. With over 2 years of experience in ML data operations, you possess a strong understanding of data annotation and ML workflows, making you a trusted advisor for our AGI-DS scientists.

You excel in building customer relationships and providing consultation on ML workflow capabilities, helping customers maximize value. Your ability to monitor and optimize collection health metrics ensures customer success, and you are skilled at driving customer adoption through the provision of technical value and an exemplary customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will drive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements. You will coordinate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment, owning relationships with customer scientists and becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions.

You will guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices, collaborating with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements. Evaluating the scalability of annotation scenarios and providing strategic recommendations will be key to your role, as you influence technical documentation and guidelines to ensure the best results for our customers.
