What you'll do

As a Delivery Practice Manager, you will manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants, guiding them in their interactions with AWS enterprise customers. You will be responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery, ensuring that your team is aligned with customer needs. You will engage with partner teams to architect and implement innovative solutions that meet the demands of our clients.

You will work closely with your team to define business outcomes for customers, leveraging your expertise to create proposals and statements of work. Your role will involve regular interaction with senior leadership, where you will present insights and strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
