Who you are
You have extensive experience in IT and Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on cloud solutions. Your background equips you to serve as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, ensuring that you understand their business outcomes and can align AWS Professional Services offerings accordingly.
You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams in the technology sector. You know how to build trust with your team and customers, and you are adept at optimizing team performance through tailored development plans. Your experience allows you to engage effectively with C-level executives and governing boards, driving engagement delivery and opportunity capture.
You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Your ability to identify and implement innovative solutions is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Desirable
Experience with AWS Professional Services is a plus, as is familiarity with business development initiatives and thought leadership in the technology space. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do
As a Delivery Practice Manager, you will lead a team of Delivery Consultants, guiding them in their interactions with AWS enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and defining business outcomes, ensuring that your team is aligned with these goals. You will engage with customers to architect and implement innovative solutions that leverage AWS technologies.
Your role will involve driving business development initiatives, providing portfolio guidance, and overseeing engagement delivery. You will work closely with partner teams to ensure that projects are executed effectively and that customer satisfaction is prioritized. You will also be responsible for creating proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer objectives.
In addition to managing your team, you will engage with senior executives to discuss project progress and strategic initiatives. Your ability to build relationships and trust will be crucial in this role, as you will be seen as a key advisor to both customers and internal teams.
