You are skilled in driving customer success and optimizing performance while managing risks throughout the project. Your collaborative nature helps you work effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that you provide guidance on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Desirable

Experience with security clearances is a plus, as this role requires maintaining an active Secret security clearance. Familiarity with project management methodologies will enhance your ability to lead implementation processes effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in the AWS Professional Services team, working directly with customers to ensure their success in the cloud. You will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimizing performance. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer requirements, assessing their current infrastructure, and proposing effective migration strategies to AWS.

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on industry trends and innovative solutions that can help customers achieve their business objectives. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will ensure that all solutions are architected to be scalable and secure, addressing the specific needs of each customer.

You will collaborate closely with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Your role will involve managing risks and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope, while also providing ongoing support and optimization recommendations.
