You have at least 2 years of experience in software development or technical support, which has equipped you with the skills to troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems. Desirable

Experience with hardware and software RAID maintenance is a plus, as is familiarity with customer support processes. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer on the Hosted Execution team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic goals for Amazon Global Infrastructure Runtime for Developers (GRID) systems. Your role will involve managing and building tech solutions that empower our customers, ensuring that their experience with our products is seamless and efficient. You will engage with customers to provide support and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that their needs are met promptly. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for automation to improve developer productivity, which is a key focus of our team. You will work closely with other engineers to implement solutions that enhance system reliability and performance. Additionally, you will participate in migrations and maintenance tasks, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Your ability to prioritize projects effectively will be essential as you navigate the demands of this role.
