You have 3+ years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in coding and system design. Your experience includes 2+ years in design or architecture, where you've utilized design patterns to enhance system reliability and scalability. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure. You have a proactive mindset, capable of identifying potential problems before they arise and implementing effective solutions to prevent outages. You are customer-focused, with a knack for creative problem-solving that enhances the overall customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Software Development Engineer on the Hosted Execution team, you will be responsible for developing customer migration automation and operations troubleshooting automation. Your role will involve engaging with customers to provide migration support and troubleshooting assistance. You will also be tasked with system maintenance and identifying opportunities for automation that improve developer productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals for Amazon Global Infrastructure Runtime for Developers (GRID) systems.
