What you'll do

As the DevOps Manager for the HEX team, you will lead a group of Support and SysDev Engineers, guiding them in developing automation solutions that aid operations and maintenance. You will be responsible for improving and maintaining the software hygiene of the services your team owns and supports. Your role will involve leading maintenance-driven projects and ensuring that operational support for HEX services is executed efficiently.

You will also focus on reducing compliance risks associated with the services your team manages. This includes overseeing the troubleshooting of incoming tickets and implementing strategies to enhance operational excellence. Your leadership will set the course for large company-wide initiatives, and you will play a critical role in supporting customer service migrations and improving developer productivity through automation.
