You have over 7 years of production experience, particularly in the fashion and footwear industries, where you've successfully managed photo and video shoots across various locations. Your established industry relationships with modeling agencies, photographers, and creative talent enable you to source diverse talent effectively. You possess strong project management skills, allowing you to create detailed shot lists and production schedules in collaboration with art directors and photographers. Your expertise in production budgeting and cost management ensures optimal resource allocation for each project. You are known for your quick, creative approach to problem-solving, which is essential in the fast-paced environment of editorial production.

What you'll do

As an Editorial Producer at Zappos, you will plan and execute photo and video shoots both on location around the U.S. and in our studios in Las Vegas and Madison, WI. You will manage production budgets to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently while overseeing all aspects of the production process. This includes scouting and securing shooting locations that align with creative briefs and managing the permitting process. You will also coordinate with post-production teams to ensure that all deliverables meet timeline and budget requirements. Your role will involve identifying and managing outsourced production services when needed, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and successfully.
