Who you are

You have a strong background in employee relations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field operations managers and human resources. Your expertise allows you to analyze employee feedback and identify risks, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace. You possess excellent judgment and communication skills, making you comfortable presenting to senior leaders and engaging with frontline employees. You are a strong project manager, capable of balancing multiple priorities and responding to crisis situations effectively.

You understand the importance of creating and sustaining positive workplace relations programs. Your experience includes designing and conducting training that promotes best practices in employee relations. You are proactive in addressing potential issues and reactive in crisis situations, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Your analytical skills enable you to assess feedback and implement necessary changes to improve workplace dynamics.

What you'll do

As the Employee Relations Manager, you will lead initiatives that promote a positive work environment across fulfillment and logistics business lanes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that employee treatment aligns with Amazon's core business values. Your role will involve analyzing employee feedback to identify gaps and risks, allowing you to develop strategies that enhance workplace relations.

You will be responsible for creating and auditing programs that foster positive workplace relations, ensuring that all employees feel respected and valued.
