You have a strong background in employee and labor relations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field operations managers and human resources. You possess excellent judgment and communication skills, enabling you to present to senior leaders while also engaging with frontline employees. Your project management capabilities are essential for balancing proactive initiatives with reactive crisis responses. You thrive in high-pressure situations and are comfortable addressing employee relations issues across various locations.
What you'll do
As an Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, you will lead initiatives to foster positive workplace relations across the North American Field Operations. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting training programs that promote best practices in employee relations. You will analyze feedback from employees and partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks. In crisis situations, you will respond swiftly and effectively, ensuring that employee concerns are addressed promptly. What we offer
