Who you are
You have a strong background in employee relations, with a focus on advocating for associates and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effectively partner with Site Leaders and HR teams, adapting global tools and programs to fit the Australian context. You are experienced in building long-term relationships across diverse teams and have a deep understanding of employee relations initiatives. You thrive in a highly visible role, interacting with senior leadership and influencing decision-making processes. Your proactive approach ensures that employee experiences are fair and respectful, aligning with the organization's core business values. You are comfortable with travel, as this role involves approximately 50% travel to various sites.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for advocating for the best interests of associates and assisting in the development of positive employee relations programs tailored to business needs. You will partner with Site Leaders to influence decisions that enhance the associate experience and ensure that employee relations practices are consistent across the organization. Your responsibilities will include adapting global employee relations tools to the Australian environment and conducting initiatives that promote a fair and respectful workplace. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to implement best practices and drive employee engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where associates feel valued and supported.
