You are a highly skilled Engagement Manager with a strong background in project leadership and technical expertise, particularly in cloud solutions. You have experience in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. Your ability to facilitate technical discussions and distill customer needs into clear technical requirements sets you apart. You possess strong technology and program/project management experience, allowing you to validate technical solutions against business goals and manage technical risks effectively.
You are committed to achieving and maintaining relevant AWS certifications and developing domain-specific expertise. Your communication skills enable you to convey technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can lead increasingly complex technical projects and shape cross-organizational technical strategies.
Desirable
Experience with AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework is a plus. Familiarity with managing technical risks and making informed trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects, ensuring successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for clients. You will apply your management and leadership capabilities to execute project plans, proactively identify and manage risks, and achieve the best results for customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating technical discussions, validating technical solutions against business goals, and recognizing when additional technical evaluation is needed. You will also be expected to shape best practices in your domain and contribute to the overall success of the ProServe team.
