Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in a professional services organization, ideally with a background in managing teams and driving sales performance. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively guide ProServe Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to achieve their goals. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a strong understanding of IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations.
You possess excellent relationship management skills, allowing you to foster collaboration between sales and delivery teams. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures ensures that your area is well-equipped to meet customer expectations. You are proactive in identifying and escalating blockers to performance, ensuring that your team can deliver results effectively.
What you'll do
As the ProServe Area Leader, you will be responsible for leading a direct team of sellers and collaborating with area delivery teams to achieve business objectives. You will act as the primary representative for ProServe in the Nordics/BENELUX, ensuring alignment with Amazon Global Sales leaders. Your role will involve engaging with customers on transformative projects, providing executive leadership, and supporting pre-sales activities.
You will work closely with your team to drive business performance, ensuring that all teamsโSales, Delivery, and Partnerโare aligned and working towards common goals. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to engage new and existing customers, managing relationships, and ensuring that your area meets and exceeds performance expectations.
