What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems in some of the world's most sophisticated data centers. You will work closely with engineers and other specialists to ensure that all systems are prepared to handle any situation. Your role will involve testing and implementing new technologies and practices to enhance operational efficiency. You will also support the operations of servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, ensuring that customers have continual access to the services they rely on.
