Desirable

Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus, as is familiarity with data center operations and maintenance practices. What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of our data centers — your responsibilities will include operating and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring that all systems function at peak performance. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, UPS systems, and cooling equipment, contributing to the overall reliability of our mission-critical facilities.

You will collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the data center environment — your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you work to maintain an extraordinary 99.999% uptime. You will also participate in routine maintenance and inspections, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal condition and ready for operation.
