What you'll do

As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be part of a team that maintains and operates critical infrastructure systems in Amazon's data centers. You will support front-line responders and help ensure that the data centers are prepared for any situation. Your role will involve testing and implementing the newest technology and work practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of AWS services. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to tackle challenging problems and ensure continual access to the cloud services that customers rely on.
