What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative, you will provide timely resolutions to issues by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions. You will manage key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives while working in a dynamic network. Your role will involve developing easy-to-use, reliable, and transparent line haul transportation services that surpass existing shipping alternatives for customers.

You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and drive customer experience improvements. Your contributions will help Amazon Freight build innovative, market-leading solutions that attract customers organically. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the transportation services meet the high standards expected by Amazon's customers.
