What you'll do
As a Retail Lead Associate, you will be the face of Amazon, interacting with customers and utilizing customer engagement strategies to enhance their experience. You will assist with customer service operations and take on floor leader responsibilities, providing peer-to-peer feedback and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues. Your role will involve utilizing inventory management systems to scan, process, and count products, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience and operations. You will work closely with your manager to maintain safety and quality standards at the site, helping to build a strong site culture.
