What you'll do

As a Retail Lead Associate, you will be the face of Amazon, interacting with customers and utilizing effective engagement strategies. You will assist in scanning, processing, and counting products using inventory management systems. Your role will involve providing feedback to peers and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and operations by participating in the development of best practices. You will also help identify trends that impact the customer and associate experience, supporting your manager in building a strong site culture.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical safety and quality standards of the site. You will perform additional duties as assigned and be expected to lift up to 49 pounds. Your commitment to delighting customers will be evident in every interaction, and you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment.
