What you'll do

As a Retail Lead Associate, you will be the face of Amazon, engaging with customers and utilizing effective customer engagement strategies. You will assist in customer service operations and take on floor leader responsibilities, providing peer-to-peer feedback and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues. Your role will involve using inventory management systems to scan, process, and count products, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience and operations. You will work closely with your manager to maintain safety and quality standards at the site, helping to build a strong site culture.
