What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repairs to ensure that all equipment operates efficiently. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, contributing to the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS's infrastructure. You will also be involved in troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the innovative services they rely on. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data center operations, allowing you to contribute effectively to the team's success.
