What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will monitor the data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will participate in a primary responder rotation, coordinating responses to operational incidents and ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded. You will work closely with software, hardware, and network engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Your role will involve maintaining and operating servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. You will also assist in the planning and delivery of AWS infrastructure projects, contributing to the overall success of the team. You will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and grow your technical skills in a supportive environment.
