You are a recent graduate or will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026, ready to embark on a career in finance. You possess strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for finance and a keen interest in understanding how financial analysis supports business operations. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Operations, HR, Tech, and Retail partners, to provide reliable financial insights. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively, making you a trusted partner in decision-making processes.
What you'll do
As a Financial Analyst in the Operations Finance Rotational Program, you will participate in an intensive two-year rotational program that includes two year-long assignments. You will be placed on various finance teams that support customer fulfillment operations, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that help drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on budgeting and forecasting. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you dive deep into financial metrics, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will also have the chance to influence decision-making by presenting your findings to leadership and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of CAD 49,300.00 to CAD 82,300.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
