You excel at initiating customer contact through cold calls and lead follow-up, demonstrating a proactive approach to generating sales meetings. Your research skills allow you to identify key customer contacts and understand potential customer pain points, which is essential for effective sales conversations. You are ready to develop foundational sales and technology skills while contributing to the AWS Cloud Sales Center team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating early-stage demand for AWS through structured prospecting activities. You will reach out to prospects through outbound activities, aiming to generate a minimum number of first sales meetings for sellers each week. Documenting and sharing comprehensive pre-qualification information will support effective initial sales conversations with potential customers. You will conduct both internal and external research to identify key customer contacts and understand their needs, ensuring that you can effectively engage with them.
You will be immersed in a diverse organization that focuses on driving greater AWS adoption and customer value. As part of the Customer Acquisition organization, your contributions will play a crucial role in building the early-stage sales pipeline and enhancing customer engagement. You will receive coaching and support to help you excel in your role and develop your career in tech sales.
