Job Description
Who you are
You have over 2 years of experience in training, regardless of the industry, and possess a foundational understanding of Excel, including basic calculations and pivot tables. You are fluent in business-level Japanese and have a proven track record of independently managing tasks and projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Your experience includes planning educational programs and evaluating their effectiveness, as well as providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. You are adaptable and can navigate changing situations and strategies with ease. You also have strong facilitation skills and are open to supporting multiple sites as needed.
What you'll do
As a Learning Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for coordinating all training-related activities at the new logistics site in Nagoya. You will ensure that training programs, including onboarding and safety training, are delivered with high quality and meet the needs of the site and region. You will prepare for new hires and adjust training sessions based on performance evaluations, supporting opportunities for retraining as necessary. Monitoring compliance with training programs will be a key part of your role, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed. You will actively participate in the floor operations, conducting training sessions for managers and associates alike. Your role may involve shift work and the possibility of relocation to support other sites in the future.
