Who you are

You have over two years of experience in training, regardless of the industry, and you understand the importance of delivering high-quality training programs. Your proficiency in Excel is at a beginner level, allowing you to perform basic calculations and create pivot tables for analysis. You possess business-level proficiency in Japanese, enabling effective communication in a diverse workplace. You have experience working independently, demonstrating initiative in managing your tasks and responsibilities. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of adapting to changing situations and strategies. Your coaching experience allows you to provide constructive feedback and support to others, ensuring their development and success. You are skilled in project prioritization and management, which helps you navigate multiple tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Learning Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for coordinating all training-related activities at the new logistics center in Osaka. You will ensure that training programs, including onboarding and safety training, are delivered with high quality and meet the needs of the site and region. You will prepare for new hires and adjust training sessions based on performance evaluations, supporting retraining opportunities when necessary. Monitoring compliance with training programs will be a key part of your role, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed. You will actively participate in skill development sessions and assess individual and group development needs. Understanding workflows and daily production goals will be essential as you solve problems and respond productively to specific issues. You will prioritize multiple tasks and engage actively on the floor, conducting training sessions alongside management. This role may require shift work and the possibility of relocation to support other sites in the region.
