Who you are

You are a detail-oriented technician with a strong motivation to contribute to the production of innovative satellite technology. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to follow work instructions and safety procedures to ensure high-quality outputs. Your ability to independently execute and prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting company deliverables. You understand the importance of safety in all designated zones and work locations, championing these requirements in your daily activities.

You have experience in assembling and testing electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds. Your attention to detail ensures that every component meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. You are proactive in participating in process improvements and maintaining floor stock inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process. You are excited about the challenge of building something from scratch and are ready to tackle difficult problems with high impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will follow detailed work instructions to assemble and test various components of the Leo satellites. Your responsibilities will include executing test procedures for both component and system-level testing, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and reliability standards. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify areas for process improvement, contributing to the overall success of the production team.

You will independently prioritize your work to meet production goals, demonstrating your ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your role will also involve maintaining lab equipment and ensuring that all tools and resources are available for your tasks. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, making a significant impact through your work.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $33.00 to $36.00, with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime pay and performance bonuses.
