You have experience in assembling and testing electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds. You are proactive in participating in process improvements and maintaining floor stock inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process. You are excited about the challenge of building something from scratch and are ready to tackle difficult problems with high impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will follow detailed work instructions to assemble and test various components of the Leo satellites. Your responsibilities will include executing test procedures for both component and system-level testing, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality and reliability standards. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify areas for process improvement, contributing to the overall success of the production team.

You will independently prioritize your work to meet production goals, demonstrating your ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your role will also involve maintaining lab equipment and ensuring that all tools and resources are available for your tasks.
