Job Description
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented technician with a strong motivation to contribute to the production of innovative satellite technology. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to follow work instructions and safety procedures to ensure high-quality outputs. Your ability to independently execute and prioritize tasks will be crucial in meeting company deliverables.
You have experience in assembling and testing electrical-mechanical assemblies or avionics, and you understand the importance of manufacturability and throughput in a production setting. You are committed to championing safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will follow detailed work instructions to assemble and test a variety of complex aerospace builds, focusing on electrical-mechanical assemblies and avionics. You will participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include executing test procedures for both component and system-level testing, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of the Leo satellites.
You will work closely with other technicians and engineers, collaborating to solve complex problems that arise during the production process. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help ensure that the products delivered meet the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. You will also have the opportunity to engage in continuous learning and development as you contribute to the success of the Leo project.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $33.00 to $36.00, along with additional earnings potential through overtime pay and performance bonuses.
