What you'll do

As a Process Assistant at Amazon Fresh, you will support the logistics operations at the Kawasaki fulfillment center. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound processes, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. You will work closely with the Process Management Manager to develop and implement plans for process improvement and oversee various administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.

You will also be involved in staffing management for inbound and outbound operations, ensuring that the right number of team members are in place to meet operational demands. Your role will require you to initiate and promote projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and work efficiency within the warehouse. You will contribute to the standardization of operations by creating clear manuals and training programs for new team members.
