Operations Manager • Entry-Level

Who you are

You have at least one year of professional experience and possess basic PC skills, including reading and writing emails. Your Excel skills are foundational, with knowledge of functions like SUM, IF, and VLOOKUP, as well as the ability to create Pivot tables. You are comfortable communicating over the phone and can interact effectively with external partners. You have business-level proficiency in Japanese and hold a disability certificate, which is a requirement for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and visualizing data necessary for the operations of the Sort Center. You will ensure that the operations are based on various safety, quality, and productivity metrics. Your tasks will include verifying data received from various Sort Centers and compiling it into standardized formats for sharing. Additionally, you will handle payment processes for partner companies, which involves confirming invoice details and reporting. You will support project management activities by organizing data necessary for project advancement and assisting project managers in their tasks. Regular updates and management of information related to Sort Center layouts, contract details, and inventory will also be part of your responsibilities.
