What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the Sort Center. You will be responsible for planning and executing inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time. Your role will involve various administrative tasks related to logistics, including documentation and process improvement initiatives.

You will participate in projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This includes proposing new ideas and strategies to streamline processes and improve overall performance. You will also assist in the development of training materials and programs for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
