Who you are

As a Process Assistant at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in the Last Mile operations team. You have a keen eye for detail and are able to provide constructive feedback to associates regarding their work performance. You are also willing to assist with production duties and train new associates as needed, demonstrating your commitment to team success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of department duties, including allocating labor and leading team meetings. You will track and report on labor hours and performance metrics, ensuring that the team meets its production goals. You will also participate in Operational Excellence initiatives, helping to identify and implement improvements in workflow and processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

You will maintain a clean and well-equipped work area, identifying and addressing any safety hazards that may arise. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with both internal and external suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of the operation run smoothly. You will be expected to provide timely and detailed feedback to associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
