You have a strong ability to mentor and guide associates, ensuring they meet productivity and quality expectations. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of your shift, which includes administrative management of associates and job allocation. You will monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly. You will also be tasked with preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates, conducting audits, and standing in for the Area Manager when necessary. Your role is critical in maintaining the operational efficiency of the fulfillment center and ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met.
