You are a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a creative mindset, ready to support three Directors within the International Stores & Corp Communications team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating a strong bias for action and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Your attention to detail and project management skills are exceptional, allowing you to handle complex tasks with little to no guidance. Integrity and discretion are paramount in your role, especially when dealing with confidential information. You possess a collaborative spirit, making you an effective liaison between team members and senior executives. A good sense of humor is essential as you navigate the challenges of this dynamic role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning activities, managing calendars, and organizing events such as staff meetings and all-hands gatherings. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating both international and domestic travel, and processing expense reports. Your project support will be crucial in ensuring that the Directors can focus on their strategic initiatives. You will act as a general liaison between team members and leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization. Your ability to keep things running smoothly will be key to the success of the ISCC team.
