You are proactive in monitoring energy consumption and conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers. Your attention to detail ensures that all equipment, from trolleys to pumps, is well-maintained and operational. You are familiar with minor refurbishment tasks and can manage soft services like pest control and housekeeping. Your strong communication skills allow you to provide daily reports on maintenance activities and coordinate effectively with agency staff.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will attend technical calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Your responsibilities will include monitoring energy consumption and performing maintenance on diesel generators and conveyor systems.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control components. Your role will also involve conducting regular checks on fire safety equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will manage minor civil and plumbing maintenance tasks and provide updates on tools inventory and maintenance schedules. Your commitment to supporting production will be evident in your customer-focused approach to facility management.
