Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in facility management and are skilled in overseeing administrative activities. You are familiar with technical checks and maintenance schedules, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly. Your background includes working with vendors for warranty and AMC systems, and you are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner. You possess the ability to troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and have a strong understanding of power distribution systems and control components. You are proactive in conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers, and you are comfortable handling minor civil and plumbing maintenance tasks. You are also adept at managing agency staff and coordinating overall shift activities.
Desirable
Experience with energy consumption monitoring and reporting is a plus. Familiarity with tools inventory management and PPM schedule maintenance will be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all technical checks are performed according to the PPM schedule. You will attend TT calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and performing regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers. You will also be responsible for minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and equipment. You will provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases, ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented and communicated effectively. Additionally, you will manage soft services activities such as pest control and housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
