Who you are

You have experience in facility and administrative activities, with a strong focus on maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems. Your technical expertise includes working with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. You are dedicated to supporting production and have a customer-focused mindset, always striving for the best results. You are comfortable coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty and managing maintenance schedules effectively.

You possess the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot various electrical systems, including power distribution systems and branch circuits. Your knowledge extends to control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, and relays, allowing you to handle complex electrical tasks with confidence. You are proactive in conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyors and automation systems. You will attend technical calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for warranty services. Your daily tasks will include performing technical checks as per the PPM schedule and providing daily reports on maintenance activities. You will also handle minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes and equipment, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition.

You will be involved in managing soft services activities, including pest control and housekeeping, while overseeing agency staff during your shift. Your role will require you to issue hot work permits and manage height work, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the operations.
