Who you are

You have a strong background in finance operations, particularly in managing accounts receivable and billing processes. You are self-motivated and can identify areas for process improvement, implementing effective changes that enhance customer experience. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail enable you to manage complex billing inquiries and discrepancies efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of the Voice of the Customer and are committed to advocating for their needs within the organization. You have experience preparing insightful reports that drive actionable outcomes for your team.

What you'll do

As the AWS O2C Manager, you will oversee the order-to-cash cycle for government and nonprofit customers, ensuring their billing issues are resolved promptly. You will manage a portfolio of customer receivables, working diligently to maximize AWS cash flow by addressing payment issues and discrepancies. Your role will involve preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the receivables management team, providing insights that help drive improvements. You will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts receivable, including research, analysis, and reconciliation of past due balances. You will also work closely with AWS teams to identify defects in billing processes and drive resolutions upstream, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
