Who you are
You are an entry-level Financial Analyst with a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices. You have experience in financial reporting and analysis, and you are comfortable working with financial data to support decision-making processes. What you'll do
In this role, you will support the month-end activities, which include closing sub-ledgers and performing general ledger account reconciliations. You will prepare month-end flux analysis for all P&L and balance sheet accounts, sharing your insights with stakeholders to explain any changes. You will demonstrate your accounting knowledge by recognizing complex issues and consulting with leadership to develop resolutions. Ensuring that appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place will be a key responsibility, as will working on process improvements to enhance efficiency. You will also prepare balance sheet reconciliations and take necessary actions to address any identified issues. Additionally, you will interact closely with auditors on audit-related queries, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
