What you'll do
As an HR Associate Partner at Amazon, you will be responsible for frontline HR operations, addressing employee inquiries, and promoting a seamless employee experience through self-service initiatives. You will manage onboarding processes, including orientation and health checks, ensuring that new hires feel welcomed and supported. You will prepare and manage documentation for health and safety committees, collaborating with occupational health professionals to maintain a safe work environment. Additionally, you will oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy in attendance and organizational records. You will provide administrative support for HR processes, including employee transfers and expense reimbursements, while participating in projects aimed at standardizing HR operations across the organization. You will work closely with a team of HR professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting each other in achieving common goals.
