What you'll do

As an HR Associate Partner, you will be responsible for frontline HR operations, primarily addressing employee inquiries and enhancing the overall employee experience. You will facilitate onboarding processes and manage HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all HR procedures. Your role will involve coordinating health checks and wellness initiatives, as well as preparing materials for safety and health committees. You will also engage in organizing internal events and meetings to foster employee engagement. Additionally, you will participate in HR-related projects that drive operational improvements and support the fulfillment centers' objectives.
