Who you are
You have experience in human resources and understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment. You are fluent in Japanese at a business level, enabling you to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders. You are proactive in addressing employee inquiries and promoting a seamless employee experience through self-service initiatives. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing various HR administrative tasks, including onboarding processes and health management. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, supporting your colleagues while also taking initiative to expand your responsibilities. You are committed to maintaining Amazon's culture and driving innovation in HR practices.
What you'll do
As an HR Associate Partner, you will be responsible for frontline HR operations, primarily addressing inquiries from associates. You will facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new employees. You will manage health check preparations and coordinate with occupational health professionals to ensure employee well-being. You will also handle HR data management, including attendance and organizational data, to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at standardizing HR operations and enhancing employee experiences. You will collaborate with a team of HR professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting each other in achieving common goals. Your role will involve continuous learning and growth, with opportunities to advance to senior HR positions within Amazon.
