What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Robotics organization at Amazon, providing strategic HR support that aligns with business objectives. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and design, ensuring that the HR strategies you implement are tailored to the unique needs of the teams you support. Your responsibilities will include coaching business leaders, driving change management efforts, and advising on talent development strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights that enhance employee engagement and overall organizational health.

You will collaborate with executive leaders to design and deliver talent solutions that address business challenges. This includes developing programs that promote inclusion and equity within the workplace, as well as identifying opportunities for talent development and succession planning.
