Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally with a focus on technology organizations. You understand the intricacies of organizational design and effectiveness, and you are adept at coaching and mentoring leaders to enhance their capabilities. Your ability to interpret business goals and recommend innovative approaches to talent acquisition and management sets you apart. You are skilled in writing strategic narratives that directly impact the business, proposing people-focused solutions that drive outcomes. Your creative problem-solving skills allow you to work backwards from the end customer and the business client, ensuring that your recommendations are both practical and impactful.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced technology environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. You have a genuine curiosity about organizational culture and inclusion, and you are committed to driving initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Robotics organization at Amazon, providing strategic HR support that aligns with business objectives. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and design, ensuring that the HR strategies you implement are tailored to the unique needs of the teams you support. Your responsibilities will include coaching business leaders, driving change management efforts, and advising on talent development strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to provide insights that enhance employee engagement and overall organizational health.
