You have 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, where you've developed a strong understanding of organizational development and talent management. Your hands-on approach allows you to effectively manage employee relations and support strategic decision-making at the delivery station. You possess excellent communication skills and logical thinking, enabling you to analyze HR data and identify organizational issues. Your knowledge of HR laws and practices, along with your ability to collaborate with various teams, makes you a valuable asset in driving HR solutions.
What you'll do
As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will act as a strategic partner to the delivery station leaders, supporting them in making critical decisions regarding workforce management and organizational culture. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR management process, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
