What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with leaders across the Customer Service and Corporate Operations organizations to establish and implement HR strategies that drive engagement and performance. You will be responsible for coaching managers and front-line leaders on various associate-facing concerns, including performance and policy matters. Your role will involve collaborating with Amazon and external HR partners to ensure the delivery of HR services that meet the needs of your internal clients.

You will contribute to the business strategy by helping leaders identify and build the organizational capabilities necessary for success. This includes planning and executing initiatives in HR operations, culture, employee engagement, and talent management. You will work closely with operations leaders to foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring that Amazon's values are reflected in everyday practices.
