You have a strong background in human resources, with experience in fostering a customer-centric culture within an organization. You understand the importance of associate engagement and are skilled at partnering with operations leaders to drive cultural initiatives. Your ability to coach and consult managers on associate-facing concerns demonstrates your commitment to developing leaders who care about their teams and results. You are adept at engaging and influencing stakeholders at both local and regional levels, ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.

You possess a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and prioritizing organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes that contribute to business success. Your experience in HR operations, culture building, and talent management allows you to effectively plan and execute initiatives that support workforce planning and recruitment. You are passionate about enabling growth and developing talent within the organization, ensuring that Amazon continues to hire and nurture exceptional leaders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with leaders across the Customer Service and Corporate Operations organizations to establish and implement HR strategies that drive engagement and performance. You will be responsible for coaching managers and front-line leaders on various associate-facing concerns, including performance and policy matters. Your role will involve collaborating with Amazon and external HR partners to ensure the delivery of HR services that meet the needs of your internal clients.

You will contribute to the business strategy by helping leaders identify and build the organizational capabilities necessary for success. This includes planning and executing initiatives in HR operations, culture, employee engagement, and talent management. You will work closely with operations leaders to foster a culture of ownership and customer centricity, ensuring that Amazon's values are reflected in everyday practices. Your ability to simplify processes and improve communication will be key to achieving optimal operational performance.
