Who you are

You have a strong background in HR program management, with experience in designing and executing HR solutions that address organizational challenges. Your enthusiasm for making processes easier for stakeholders drives your work, and you thrive in collaborative environments. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders both inside and outside Japan. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring that you can adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

You are strategic and hands-on, capable of identifying potential projects and evaluating their priorities and feasibility. Your ability to build consensus with senior management and other stakeholders is key to your success. You understand the importance of driving HR functional excellence and improvement in areas such as performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives that support the growth of Amazon Logistics (AMZL) across Japan. You will work closely with HR, business, legal, finance, and global peers to implement solutions that enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project feasibility, prioritizing initiatives, and driving consensus among stakeholders. You will also focus on improving HR processes and ensuring that they align with the company's strategic goals.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to various HR agendas. Your role will require you to be both strategic and hands-on, as you navigate the complexities of a rapidly expanding organization. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the HR function.
